We are seeking an experienced, forward-thinking Director of Software Engineering to lead our engineering organization through its next phase of growth. This role will oversee multiple software teams, drive technical strategy, and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that support our business objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction, leadership, and mentorship to software engineering teams.
• Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional partners to define technical roadmaps and deliver on business goals.
• Oversee full-cycle software development, ensuring high standards of quality, scalability, performance, and security.
• Establish and continuously improve engineering best practices, processes, and metrics.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent; build a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
• Drive architectural decisions and long-term technical vision across platforms.
• Manage budgets, resourcing, vendor relationships, and project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, security requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Champion modern engineering approaches such as CI/CD, cloud-native development, automation, and test-driven development.

The typical base salary range for this position is $192,200 - $306,600 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $230,800 - $334,600 annually.

The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
