The Opportunity

Salesforce is seeking a Partner Marketing Senior Analyst to support the growth of our ISV (Independent Software Vendor) ecosystem. In this role, you're not just a marketer—you're a growth architect. You'll help create the playbooks, campaigns, and tools which empower thousands of ISV partners to build, market, and sell alongside Salesforce, turning innovative technology into compelling customer success stories.

You'll be instrumental in building our partner offerings, enabling scalable marketing solutions which help partners in their go-to-market strategies and accelerate ACV growth. Role Responsibilities

  • Integrated Campaign Execution: Support end-to-end scale programs for joint marketing campaigns with ISV partners.

  • GTM Content Promotion: Create outreach programs including social, organic and paid tactics to help drive consumption of playbooks, campaign toolkits, and customer story templates. These equip ISV partners with ready-to-use resources for executing co-marketing programs to drive ACV growth.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting: Partner with ISV Sales, cross-Marketing org (Product, Field, Industry), and GTM teams to drive our business goals, and deliver reporting on program performance and partner ecosystem contributions.

  • Program Management & Operations: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple ISV marketing workstreams, ensuring all partner marketing activities are executed on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.

  • ISV Community Engagement: Assist in launching programs, including Leadership Live Series, Partner Spotlights, and Marketing webinars, to connect ISV marketers with their peers and with Salesforce.

Minimum Requirements

  • Location: Must be located in the Seattle or Chicago area. This role requires you to be in the office 3 days a week

  • Marketing Experience: 3+ years of experience in a Marketing role. Partner marketing is a plus.

  • Exceptional Writing: Strong writing skills with experience producing high-quality marketing materials, including playbooks, campaign toolkits, partner messaging, and customer success stories.

  • Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable tracking KPIs, analyzing campaign performance, measuring ROI, and translating insights into actionable recommendations for program optimization.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with partners and internal teams across all levels.

  • Adaptability & Agility: Thrives in fast-paced environments where priorities shift and programs require quick pivots to meet evolving business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Ecosystem Knowledge: Familiarity with the Salesforce platform, App Exchange, or previous experience working with Salesforce ISV partners.

  • AI & Marketing Tools: Experience with AI-powered tools and interest in Salesforce AI innovations.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree.

At Salesforce, we believe in equitable compensation practices that reflect the dynamic nature of labor markets across various regions.

The typical base salary range for this position is $94,000 - $142,300 annually.

The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
