About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
At Salesforce, our Account Executives are more than sellers-they are trusted advisors who help organisations transform, innovate, and grow. Backed by the world's #1 CRM and most recognised technology brand, you'll engage directly with C-Suite leaders across Queensland, influence the future of entire industries, and accelerate your own career in the process. This Brisbane-based role will cover commercial accounts across Queensland and will include occasional travel to meet clients and attend events.
About the Position:
As an Account Executive, you'll own the end-to-end sales cycle for Salesforce Customer 360, from first conversation to signed order, across our commercial segment. You'll partner with customers on everything from large-scale business transformations to targeted solutions that solve critical challenges.
No two days are the same for our Account Executives. You will sell the Salesforce Customer 360 platform into a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts across Queensland (200-2000 FTE), balancing new business development with strategic account management
You will:
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with existing accounts to identify new opportunities and expand Salesforce adoption
- Land new logos, driving growth and reinforcing Salesforce's leadership as the #1 CRM provider
- Lead complex deals end-to-end, from prospecting and forecasting to strategy development, roundtables, events, and closing urgent opportunities
- Act as the CEO of your territory and book of business, with autonomy over how you plan and run your day
Key Responsibilities
- Advise customers on Salesforce solutions, using your expertise to solve business challenges and drive measurable outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales, marketing, and specialists, to ensure a smooth, end-to-end sales process
- Apply solution-selling techniques to uncover opportunities, increase revenue, and add real value to customers
- Maintain regular customer engagement to nurture high-value, long-lasting relationships
- Conduct territory and vertical research to define a go-to-market strategy and build a pipeline of qualified accounts
- Balance short-term wins with a long-term revenue perspective to maximise impact across your territory
About You
This is a high-energy, high-impact role for a tenured, self-driven, strategic Account Executive with a proven track record of working with the C-Suite and selling complex deals into commercial accounts.
- Deep experience managing complex sales cycles, including navigating multiple decision-makers, solution selling, and driving deals from initial engagement to close
- A history of overachievement, with a focus on not just meeting but surpassing quota expectations
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, establishing trust and credibility with executives and key stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and business acumen, able to identify opportunities, develop territory plans, and prioritise high-impact activities
- Resilience and high emotional intelligence, enabling you to manage challenges, adapt to changing customer needs, and maintain a balanced mindset
- A growth mindset, constantly learning, seeking feedback, and planning for both personal and professional development
- Curiosity and passion for technology, with the drive to leverage Salesforce solutions to solve complex business problems
- Comfortable with travel across Queensland to meet clients and attend events
Preferred experience includes sales methodology training, CRM expertise, and strong customer references, but above all, your ability to deliver results, influence at the executive level, and thrive in commercial accounts is what makes you successful.
