Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

About Real Estate and Workplace Services

The Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) organization designs, operates, and evolves the environments and experiences that enable Salesforce employees and customers to do their best work. Spanning more than 30 countries, our Global Campus reflects our values and culture—integrating human connection, AI-enabled services, robotics, and intentional design to create inclusive, purpose-driven spaces where people feel a true sense of belonging. REWS plays a critical role in shaping the future of work at Salesforce while supporting scale, flexibility, and operational excellence across the enterprise.

Role Overview

We are seeking a results driven leader to join our team as SVP, Workplace Services. In this role, you will lead our Workplace/Facilities team and balance operational excellence while curating exciting experiences and innovative services that embody the Salesforce culture and values. You will report to the EVP, Real Estate and Workplace Services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of Salesforce's global workplace and facilities strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals, growth plans, and evolving ways of working.
  • Serve as a key member of the REWS leadership team, demonstrating a strong bias for action by taking ownership and accountability for complex, cross-functional decisions, proactively removing obstacles, and driving alignment with broader business priorities.
  • Oversee the Global Hospitality and Facilities Management Centers of Excellence (COEs), with direct accountability for performance against defined service levels, KPIs, and financial targets, while driving measurable improvements in efficiency and global consistency.
  • Deliver meaningful, customer-centric event and hospitality experiences at scale across Salesforce's global campus in a cost-efficient and operationally sound manner.
  • In partnership with Finance, assume fiscal responsibility for Workplace Services through financial planning, operating budgets, cost optimization, and clear, data-driven reporting to executive leadership.
  • Ensure workplace solutions reflect cultural and regional diversity while remaining aligned with global standards.
  • Assess, evolve, and optimize global facilities management service models and support tiering structures to meet changing business and employee needs.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing, globally distributed team of workplace operations professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with peers, senior leaders, business stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver high-impact workplace solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable local regulations, industry standards, and best practices related to workplace operations, safety, and facilities management.

Qualifications

  • 20+ years of progressive global corporate experience in the areas of workplace management, corporate real estate, and employee experience.
  • Ability in managing tactical execution while maintaining a strategic focus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a service-oriented environment, subject to frequently changing priorities, utilizing problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
  • Proven track record of successfully coaching and developing a geographically dispersed professional team while supporting an organization during a time of rapid growth.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule across multiple time zones worldwide.
  • International travel, approximately 25% of the time, as needed.
  • Professional certifications in facilities management (e.g., CFM, FMP) are a plus.
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
  • Experience will be evaluated based on the Values & Behaviors for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
