We are seeking an VP, Employee Success Business Partner, India to inspire, develop and lead the team of Employee Success Business Partner (ESBP) professionals supporting our teams in India. Reporting to the SVP Employee Success, South Asia, you will drive a comprehensive talent strategy for India, influence the execution of global strategies for regionally based global teams and contribute to regional and country based strategies that drive a culture of engagement and equality.

  • Set long range talent strategy and develop annual V2MOM for India Employee Success
  • Influence Regional strategies and annual plans as part of the Leadership Team
  • Inspire and develop the ESBP team while advancing the ESBP role and operating model
  • Ensure the consistent delivery of global initiatives in region and give voice to regional nuances and needs
  • Lead priority Equality initiatives in region and partner with OOE to ensure high impact Equality Strategies are in place and championed by the business
  • Own various Regulatory and reputational decisions and actions with partnership from key Legal, Comp, PS&O and HRC partners. Lead a community of these partners to proactively plan and react
  • Partner with Communications and Employee Experience to drive culture and engagement aligned with talent strategies

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven success leading teams in a high growth company (20+% YoY growth).
  • Experience building and growing a full ESBP function that includes both the org structure and support model at scale in domestic and international markets.
  • 20+ years of experience in ES (or Business Leadership).
  • Experience with ES organization as well as acquired organizations; and managing multiple business functions.
  • A successful track record of working effectively in a highly matrixed and fast growing organization.
  • 5+ years working in a Global/International environment
  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Change Leadership: Identifying, responding, & aligning to emerging trends with customers, the industry, market, & world to pivot & scale
  • Executive Coaching: Leveraging coaching & consulting principles to enable personal, professional, & org development
  • Passionate HR practitioner: Love the people side of business.

  • Ability to inspire globally: align, and enable a geographically dispersed team across in order to drive a successful business.
  • Builds ES practice: Industry savvy, up to date and energized by current and future industry trends on ES, culture and future of work.
  • Managerial courage: Ability to build and grow an outstanding leadership team and organization.
  • High EQ: Strong executive presence, and understands insights from C suite and from all levels of employees.
