About the Role

国内最大手SIer様および大手Agencyパートナー様との戦略的なアライアンスを軸に、Tableauを中心としたデータ活用ビジネスの成長を推進し、日本市場におけるTableau事業の拡大およびPartner Success / Customer Successの実現に貢献するポジションです。

データ活用・可視化を強みとするTableauの価値をパートナーと共に市場へ広げると同時に、可視化に加えSalesforce Data360プラットフォームにシームレスに分析を提供するTableau Nextを含む新しいデータ活用の提案を通じて、パートナー経由の案件創出および売上拡大を目指します。

RSI / GSIを担当するPartner Account Managerと連携しながら、Salesforce全体の提案活動の中でTableauを組み込み、パートナーがSell with / Sell toモデルで主体的にビジネスを拡大できる状態を構築していきます。

結果として、SIerおよびAgencyの競争力向上を支援し、エンド顧客のデータ活用高度化と日本企業のDX推進に貢献するインパクトの大きなポジションです。

主な業務内容

  • 国内大手SIer・Agencyパートナーとのアライアンス構築・関係深化
  • パートナーCxOレベルおよび各事業部門責任者とのエンゲージメント
  • パートナー別のアカウントプランニングおよび案件創出活動の推進
  • RSI / GSI PAMと連携した共同ビジネスプランの立案・実行
  • パートナー主導のSalesforce案件の中にTableauを組み込んだ提案活動の支援
  • Tableauを中心とした分析・可視化案件の拡大支援
  • Tableau Nextを含む新しいデータ活用のユースケース訴求
  • 営業・SE向けトレーニングプランの立案・実行
  • 共同オファリングの開発および市場展開
  • パートナー主導案件における提案活動・PoC支援
  • 社内の営業部門、SE、RSI / GSI PAMなど関係部門との連携
  • Tableauパートナーエコシステムの構築・拡大

必要とされる条件

  • IT業界における大企業向け法人営業またはパートナーマネジメント経験(5年以上)
  • 社内外の組織を動かすコミュニケーション力・プレゼンテーション力
  • 論理的思考力と、データに基づいた戦略立案・数値管理能力
  • BI、Analytics、データ活用領域への興味・関心
  • 新しいテクノロジーを前向きに学び続ける姿勢
  • 数字へのこだわりを持ち、目標達成意欲の高い方

望ましいスキル・経験

  • TableauまたはBI / Analytics製品の知識・利用・提案経験
