• 担当部門のビジネス成果拡大と目標達成を支援するため、戦略的なEnablementプログラムの企画• 実行

• CBU（Commercial Business Unit）部門を中心とした担当

• データ分析• プロセス分析を通じた課題特定と解決策の立案

• トレーニング• ワークショップの設計• デリバリー

• 求められるスキル• 経験
  必須要件

• 法人向け営業経験 5年以上

• 営業企画部門での課題解決施策• プログラムの企画• リード経験があれば尚可

• SFA、Salesforce、Tableauなどの分析ツールを活用した営業プロセス理解とデータ分析スキル

• エグゼクティブレベルとのディスカッション• プロジェクト完遂経験

• プレゼンテーション• ファシリテーションスキル

• 歓迎要件

• コンサルティング経験

• プロジェクト管理とPDCAサイクル実行スキル
