This role is for architects of change who enjoy turning complex industry challenges into working solutions. As a Lead Account Solution Engineer specializing in Healthcare & Life Sciences, you are a strategic partner to Account Executives.
You help German HLS organizations-from innovative Med Tech scale-ups to global Life Sciences leaders-solve mission-critical challenges using AI + Data + CRM.
In the age of AI, you aren't just presenting software; you are helping companies transition to a truly patient-centric model. By leveraging Agentforce for Life Sciences, you help customers augment their workforce and automate complex processes, ensuring they can focus on what matters most: the patient.

What you'll do

  • *Orchestrate Strategy: Lead the discovery process to uncover root-cause inefficiencies in Pharma, Med Tech, and Healthcare providers, mapping them to Salesforce's industry-specific innovations.
  • Architect Outcomes: Design and deliver sophisticated solution concepts and autonomous AI agent demos (*Agentforce for Life Sciences) linked to tangible business outcomes, such as reduced clinician burnout or accelerated patient onboarding.
  • *Champion the "Builder" Culture: Act as a lead within the SE team, orchestrating the solution cycle with specialists and AEs to ensure a unified, high-impact technical strategy.
  • *Drive Industry Thought Leadership: Support pipeline generation by leading workshops and briefings that challenge the HLS status quo and showcase the future of autonomous healthcare operations.

Required Qualifications

  • *Experience: 3-5 years in a role where technology and process meet (e.g., Solution Engineering, Consulting, or Digital Transformation), ideally with exposure to the HLS domain.
  • Language: Business-fluent German and professional *English are essential for navigating the German healthcare market and collaborating globally.
  • *Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical architectures into simple, value-driven stories for executive stakeholders.
  • *Technical Fluency: A strong understanding of how systems connect (APIs, data flows) and an interest in the "engine room" of AI and Data Cloud.

Preferred Qualifications

  • AI & Automation: Passion for prototyping with *Agentforce for Life Sciences, low-code tools, and autonomous agents.
  • *HLS Curiosity: A deep interest in how Med Tech and Life Sciences companies are evolving their commercial and clinical models.
  • *Architectural Sketching: Ability to whiteboard solution landscapes to help customers visualize their digital future.
