Role Description

1. 製造業のお客様をターゲットとしたソリューション提案活動

  • お客様のビジネス課題とニーズに対する解決策の策定と将来を見据えた業務変革とシステム化の計画立案支援
  • キーとなる課題に対する解決策の具体的なイメージとして、ソリューションデモの作成と実施
  • ソリューションデザインおよび導入計画を中心とした提案書作成

2. 各種営業マテリアルの作成

提案活動で培ったノウハウを活かし各業界向けソリューションマップ、業界特化デモ、提案書テンプレートの作成

3. セミナー&イベントでの登壇、デモンストレーションの実施によるマーケティング活動支援

Basic Requirements

  • コンサルティングファーム、システムインテグレーターまたはソフトウェア企業での5年以上のプリセールス、ソリューション提案、プロジェクトマネジメント、コンサルティングのいずれかの経験
  • 製造業界のお客様へのソリューション提案やプロジェクトのデリバリの経験
  • 技術的な知見と業界理解を合わせ、お客様への最適な提案を作成
  • 提案したソリューションを実現可能なものとする、アーキテクチャの検討スキル
  • 口頭・文章における優れたコミュニケーションスキル
  • 論理的な分析と問題解決能力
  • ゴール・目標思考で考えられる方
  • リーダーシップ、またチーム間の協力を促すための影響力
  • 日本語(流暢)及び日常会話レベルの英語

  • Salesforce製品の知識(Manufacturing Cloud / Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Marketing Cloud / Commerce Cloud / Tableau / Slack / Mule Soft / Data Cloudなどに関する複数の製品知識)
