Agentforce/Data360 Senior Success Architect は、SalesforceのCore Platformにおける専門知識と、最先端のAI/Agentforce 及びData360 領域における高度な知識を兼ね備えたアーキテクトです。単なる技術支援に留まらず、お客様のAI戦略を理解し、データモデルやエージェント構築のための支援や、さらにAIエージェントの最適化や利用拡大に向けた支援により、Agentic Enterprise を目指すお客様の継続的な成功に貢献します。
責任
- お客様のAI・ データ戦略及びAIエージェント利用のユースケースを理解します。
- お客様に Salesforce の製品とその機能を実装する際のベストプラクティスを提供します。
- お客様の技術的な課題解決に向け、専門的なアドバイス(推奨事項)を提供します。
- お客様がご利用の Salesforce 環境に考慮すべき運用監視についてのアドバイスを提供します。
- お客様がSalesforce 製品の主要な機能変更に備えるのを支援します。
- お客様がご利用の Salesforce 環境のアーキテクチャを評価するレビューボードに参加します。
- Salesforce にとって戦略的な製品や機能の利用をお客様に促進します。
- 製品マネジメント部門から提供される製品の重要な情報をキャッチし、それをもとにお客様や Salesforce 社内の関係チームにとって有益なアセット(ベストプラクティス、ナレッジ、FAQ 等)を作成します。
必要なスキルと経験
- クラウドベースのテクノロジー導入における5年以上の戦略的ソリューション策定・監督経験、および3年以上のSalesforce Core Platformに関わる実務経験。
- AI/LLM技術(Lang Chain, Llama Index等のフレームワーク、プロンプトエンジニアリング)を用いた実装や運用経験。
- データモデリングおよびエンタープライズ・データプラットフォーム(Snowflake, Big Query等)に関する深い知識。
- 大規模かつ技術的に高度で、常に製品機能の課題を抱えているようなお客様に対応した経験
- お客様の役員クラスも含めてあらゆるレベルの立場の方に対して信頼されるように効果的にコミュニケーションし、価値を示し、影響を与える能力と実績
- 困難でプレッシャーのかかる状況においても、複数のタスクに対して優先順位づけし効果的に実行できる能力
- 技術的なコンセプトを分析しそれをビジネスの言葉に置き換える能力、および技術的な機能をビジネスの要件にマッピングできる能力
- 相手に合わせてメッセージの抽象度・具体度を適切にコントロールしてコミュニケーションできる能力
- 曖昧な環境における高い問題解決能力、カスタマーフォーカス、および迅速なデリバリーへの強いこだわり
- 新しい技術や機能について継続的に学ぼうとする積極的な姿勢

望ましいスキルと経験
- Salesforce 製品の認定資格 (認定アドミニストレーター、Data Cloudコンサルタント、Agentforceスペシャリストなど)
- Salesforce Agentforce またはData 360 プラットフォームの経験
- 顧客対応を行うテクニカルリードまたはアーキテクトとしての実務経験
- Salesforce FlowおよびLightning Web Components(LWC)に関する広範な 経験(複雑なカスタム開発を含む)。
- 自然言語処理(NLP)など、LLM以外のAI/MLコンセプトに関する知識。
