About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
Salesforce is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Lead to help define how Professional Services shows up in the market—from AI and Agentforce to broader, platform-agnostic services that help customers plan, build, and scale with confidence.
This role is about clarity and credibility. You’ll help customers understand why Professional Services matters, when to engage, and how our experts help reduce risk, accelerate value, and support real business change. Whether it’s an AI-powered use case, a complex implementation, or long-term transformation, you’ll make sure our story is clear, consistent, and easy to understand.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, GTM, Partners, and Events to turn complex services and delivery concepts into simple messages that land—in customer conversations, seller materials, and on the biggest stages at Salesforce events.
Key Responsibilities
Shape the Professional Services story
-
Define and simplify how we talk about the full Professional Services offering, from Agentforce and AI services to platform-agnostic advisory and delivery work.
-
Create messaging that focuses on outcomes, speed to value, and reduced risk, not technical jargon.
Own messaging and go-to-market execution
-
Lead messaging and go-to-market plans for Professional Services offers across clouds, industries, and customer segments.
-
Partner with Cloud PMMs and GTM teams to ensure Services are woven into the broader Salesforce story—not treated as an add-on.
Show up clearly and confidently at events
-
Shape how Professional Services shows up at Dreamforce, World Tours, Salesforce, webinars, and field events.
-
Help identify the right stories, speakers, and demos to show how services support real customer outcomes—without overcomplicating the message.
Enable sellers and partners
-
Create simple, practical enablement that helps sellers and partners know when and how to bring Professional Services into customer conversations.
-
Build decks, talk tracks, FAQs, and playbooks that feel useful in the field, not theoretical.
Stay close to customers and the field
-
Partner with Customer Marketing and AR/PR to surface customer stories that show the impact of Professional Services across different use cases.
-
Use field feedback, customer insights, and performance data to refine messaging over time.
Help us scale with clarity
-
Support operationalizing product marketing for Professional Services so messaging stays consistent as the business grows.
-
Balance flexibility with focus—keeping our story simple even as our services portfolio expands.
Requirements
-
6 years of experience in product marketing, services marketing, or go-to-market roles, supporting complex B2B offerings.
-
Experience marketing services, solutions, or platforms where trust, outcomes, and delivery matter as much as the product itself.
-
Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to turn complex ideas into clear, practical messages for sellers, partners, and customers.
-
Experience working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Product teams in a highly matrixed environment.
-
Comfortable talking about AI and new technologies in plain language, without needing to be deeply technical.
-
Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
-
Clear, confident communicator with a customer-first mindset and a bias toward action.
