It is a six months program on third party contract and over the course of six months, program participants will work within Salesforce's Technology, Sales, or Customer Success team, receive on-the-job training from Salesforce leaders, and be paired with a mentor to help navigate their career.

Responsibilities

Work closely with cross-functional teams across geographies and responsible to develop enterprise level quality applications.
Participate in product and feature design with product team and business partners
Manage data uploads, feeds, and other integrations
Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests.
Assess the impact of new requirements and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes
Responsible for proposing and developing the tools and testing frameworks requirements, to improve engineers productivity in environment setup, testing automation.
Responsible to build, enhance, monitor and maintain necessary test automation infrastructure to support this effort.
Monitor product and feature-level quality health metrics (testability, test health, test coverage, etc.)
Be responsive to bugs and prioritised customer investigations.

Must Have Skills:

5+ years of experience in building data integration frameworks.

• Extensive understanding of Software engineering principles
• OO design, design patterns, data modelling
  Understanding how to design algorithms and processes that can be parallelized for efficient distributed computing
  Extensive understanding of Python programming, Microservices, APIs
  Knowledge of data serialization formats for efficient data transfer and storage -JSON, XML, Protocol Buffers
  SQL and NoSQL Databases: Understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) for storing and retrieving processed data.
  Experience Unit Testing Frameworks & Tools like TestNG, JUnit, JMeter and Apex Unit testing frameworks
  Knowledge of Containerization tools such as Docker, Kubernetes
  Knowledge of Git, Jenkins, Ant, Maven, or other similar technologies

Experience with CI/CD:

Expertise working with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Good to Have Skills:

• Skills in handling real-time data streams and designing systems that can process data in near real-time
• Kafka, Storm
  Knowledge in data observability techniques, focusing on monitoring, tracking, and ensuring data quality and reliability in software systems
