Role Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional Director of Delivery Management of Professional Services to lead our Global Delivery Centre. This is a senior leadership role for someone who is an equal parts delivery leader & growth driver — someone who does not just run a services organisation but actively multiplies its impact. You will combine deep Salesforce delivery expertise with a growth mindset, executive presence, and the relentless persistence to grow the team’s reputation as a centre of excellence.You will be a key member of the Leadership Team of the Strategic New & Emerging Technology practice**, accountable for both the quality of delivery and the strategic building & expansion of our practice. The ideal candidate brings 18+ years of consulting or professional services experience, a passion for innovation, and a proven track record of scaling teams, winning business, and driving measurable customer outcomes.As a Director of Professional Services, you should have expertise in building strong competency in building and scaling Salesforce’s** New & Emerging Technology **cloud capabilities and delivering high value to customers. Should have pre-sales management experience with a deep knowledge of enterprise sales cycles. Should have Salesforce project implementation experience with the different engagement models.**Key Responsibilities

**Collaborate effectively across internal and external teams to garner alignment and achieve outsized impact.**Required Experience & Skills
-
18+ years of experience in a consulting firm or professional services division of a software company, delivering software-based business solutions across Sales, Marketing, Service, and Support.
-
Demonstrable growth mindset — a track record of not just managing a practice but building it from scratch, expanding it, opening new accounts, and building a pipeline through personal hustle, network, and thought leadership.

Strong Salesforce experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Industry Clouds; knowledge of Data & AI / Agentic Tech Stacks is highly valued.
-
Track record of at least 5 successful Salesforce cloud project implementations, including one or more large-scale transformation engagements.

Demonstrated success in building and scaling practice capability through pre-sales playbooks, architectural design frameworks, and demand planning.
-
Proven ability to sell solutions at the C-level and consistently deliver revenue targets with accurate forecasting.
-
Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and different professional services engagement models.
-
Experience building or contributing to brand positioning for a delivery organization — through content, partnerships, events, or industry recognition.

Demonstrated understanding of integration frameworks and experience delivering performant, scalable, and robust complex Salesforce integrations.

Strong grasp of business processes and their implementation into enterprise applications; ability to quickly translate technology concepts into business value.

**Degree or equivalent proven experience; experience evaluated on core competencies, including leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, and work experience.**Preferred Domain Experience
Experience in one or more of the following domains is preferred: • Life Sciences• Manufacturing and Automotive• Sales and Service / Contact Center• Marketing & Loyalty• Retail and Consumer Goods / Commerce• Services stack — Data Migration, DevOps, and related disciplines
