キャリアパス
- 当部門の役割は、新規案件の発掘の他に「将来のトップセールスの 育成」という重要な役割を担っています。
- インサイドセールスの社員のうち、新卒3年目以内、中途採用の多くがIT業界未経験者です。当社が誇るトレーニングプログラムで、ビジョンセリング、IT法人営業としての基礎業界を学びながら、アカウント営業(外勤営業)を目指していただきます。
- 約1年〜2年、当部門にて実績をあげた後、アカウントセールス(外勤営業)としての活躍を期待しています。
