What You’ll Do:

As a Professional Services Admin at Sail Point, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operational activities of the Professional Services (PS) team. Working closely with the PS Delivery, Operations, PMO, and RMO teams, you will be responsible for ensuring that CRM and PSA tools are updated accurately and efficiently to support smooth project invoicing and record-keeping.

During your first month, you will be introduced to your team and your job responsibilities through shadowing and taking on some administrative tasks. By the2–3-month mark, you will have taken over significant administrative functions and be operating independently. By the6-month mark, you will have full ownership of your administrative functions and be able to operate with minimal supervision.

Joining Sail Point's Professional Services team as an Admin is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment, and take on increasing levels of responsibility as you grow in your role.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and updating opportunities within Salesforce.

  • Reviewing reports of license opportunities to ensure associated services opportunities are linked appropriately.

  • Creating projects within Salesforce and our PSA tool.

  • Working with PS managers and clients to ensure POs, payments, change orders, and invoices are received in a timely manner.

  • Assisting with SOW administration.

  • Assisting with Change Order administration.

  • Assisting with timesheet submission, tracking, and visibility.

  • Reporting and tracking on project hour usage.

  • Working with PS managers to identify opportunities needing updating and ensuring updates occur.

  • Measure the impact of operations and strategic initiatives by gathering and synthesizing relevant data including operational metrics, analyzing the data, and presenting findings both in verbal and written formats.

  • Design models to solve business problems and, where appropriate, manage integration of the insights into regular operational reporting.

  • Support departmental need for ad-hoc reporting and presentations, including business reviews and management presentation.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of professional experience, ideally working in an enterprise SaaS/Software company.

  • Strong sense of responsibility and initiative

  • Positive attitude and flexibility when faced with fast-paced, complex challenges

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to comprehensively and clearly present strategic issues and solutions

  • Experience in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint etc.)

  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) a plus

  • Experience in Smart sheets a plus

  • Strong attention to detail combined with high-level vision

  • A motivated self-starter with a high energy level

  • Proven skills at cultivating strong working relationships and working well within a team to learn and share knowledge

  • Ability to work in multiple time zones, specifically supporting the United States time zones.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
