  • Build, maintain, and optimize integrations across the marketing technology stack, including CRM, event management, webinar platforms, ad technology, and other third-party tools.

  • Collaborate with campaign, customer, partner, and product marketing teams on Marketo strategy, campaign execution, experimentation (A/B testing), and operational processes.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and reliability through automation and process optimization.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless data flow, campaign execution, and mature reporting processes across marketing systems.

  • Own administration and ongoing optimization of the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform, serving as the technical administrator responsible for configuration, permissions, workflows, integrations, and governance.

  • Partner closely with the Content Strategist (planned hire) to support asset lifecycle management, taxonomy, metadata standards, and publishing workflows, while enabling scalable content activation across Marketo and web channels.

  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing Team to ensure our DAM is set up and structured to ensure seamless integration between the DAM, marketing automation platform, and web systems, supporting efficient asset distribution and campaign execution and optimized to leveraging AI agents to build ABM programs and dynamic websites
