Job Title : Lead Engineer

Overview of group:

Advanced Technology team drives and supports the development and innovation of various Interiors products from the feasibility study through to a prototype development. Besides product development, the group also leads various methodology development activities within Interiors. The team is continuously engaged in projects on diverse domains like Mechanical & Electro-Mechanical designs, AI/ML, Structures and Fluid simulation, Interaction studies, System Engineering, Materials, Processes, and Automation etc.

Responsibilities:

• Lead deployment, troubleshooting, and lifecycle support of computer vision–based perception systems in production and field environments.

• Design and implement Agentic AI systems, including multi-agent workflows, tool-using agents, planning, memory, and orchestration.

• Develop and productionize object detection, segmentation, and visual inspection models with scalability and robustness.

• Build and integrate GenAI-enabled applications (LLMs, vision-language models) for diagnostics, configuration, and automation.

• Package AI models into production-ready applications using Web UI frameworks and .NET-based platforms.

• Design and manage node/graph-based AI pipelines integrating models, tools, and business logic.

• Integrate AI solutions with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), enabling monitoring, logging, and MLOps.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver maintainable, scalable, and certifiable AI systems.

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s in computer science, Electronics, Mechatronics, or AI/ML

• 5–7 years of experience delivering production AI / Computer Vision systems (strong focus on deployment).

Skills:

• Strong experience with Agentic AI frameworks and agent modeling patterns.

• Proficiency in Python, Py Torch/Tensor Flow, OpenCV, and GPU-based inference/training.

• Experience building Web-based UIs for AI systems and integrating models using .NET platforms.

• Exposure to iOS app development for deploying or consuming vision models is a strong plus.

• Experience with GenAI/LLMs, tool usage, and real-world integration.

• Familiarity with node-graph / workflow orchestration concepts.

• Cloud experience (Azure preferred) and MLOps fundamentals.

• Strong systems thinking, debugging skills, and clear communication; comfortable owning solutions end-to-end.
