Job Overview:

This Digital Technologies position is responsible for assisting in the deployment of the Pelico software for our Clear to Build initiative. This role is to work with the Business team as a DT representative to facilitate the implementation of Pelico. The Pelico DT representative will be responsible for assisting in configuration, data bootcamps, training, driving change management, gathering user feedback, customization development needed, testing and correcting data, capturing and working defects and enhancements, and ultimately driving value to all our production controllers across Collins.

Position: Senior Lead Business Integration Analyst (Pelico, SAP IBP and Kinaxis)

Experience Level: 7-10 Years

Role and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software applications using Pelico, SAP IBP and Kinaxis.
• Candidate willing to work in Material planning tools like Pelico, SAP IBP and Kinaxis.
• Lead data testing and data cleansing of plants and work with site users
• Work defects and enhancements from users along with the Pelico vendor personnel.
• Help Identify and configure and troubleshoot any new data feeds, custom data, or data errors needed for dashboard accuracy
• Work with Business to identify new requirements and gaps and work with Pelico on enhancements.
• Support plant go-live activities and any Hypercare support.
• Learn Pelico configuration from the vendor to be able to support the business.
• Support leadership updates and general communications to users

Expertise-

• The candidate must have a high degree of experience and understanding in SIOP Planning including SAP APO, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Servigistics.
• Deep understanding and hands-on experience in Material planning like SAP PP.
• Hands-on experience and support in Kinaxis Rapid response Demand, Supply and Inventory.
• S4 HANA MRP planning
• Configuration of SAP IBP master data, planning area, Key figures, Key figure calculations, Time profiles, Analytics, Planning operators and Integration jobs.
• Knowledge in SAP CIDS and data mapping.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, writing requirements, process modeling, and data mapping.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills that non-technical end users can understand.
• Integration with Manufacturing and Supply chain.

Qualification:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering or a related field.
• Certification in SCM Planning tools is an added advantage.
