Development Opportunities

• Collaborate with the operations team to map out manual workflows and identify automation opportunities.

• Support the creation of Power Apps applications to streamline daily operational tasks.

• Develop visual dashboards using Power BI to monitor KPIs and drive data-driven decisions.

• Assist in troubleshooting, testing, and refining digital tools based on user input.

• Document workflows, SOPs, and usage instructions for the developed solutions.

• Participate in regular team discussions to present progress and gather user feedback.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Interest in digital transformation within a manufacturing or operations setting.

• Experience or coursework in Microsoft Power Platform tools is a plus.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Self-motivated with a keen eye for process improvement.
