Position Role Type:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare Overtime Revenue Recognition Report

  • Calculate Excess and Obsolete (E&O) Inventory

  • Review Purchase Price Variance (PPV) and Inventory Adjustments

  • Lead Inventory Assurance reporting and facilitate discussions

  • Calculate cycling of variances and monitor amortization schedules

  • Prepare Balance Sheet (BS) reconciliation support for Inventory

  • Reconcile intercompany accounts and balances

  • Prepare Inventory Integrity Reports and coordinate issue resolution

  • Prepare journal entries, calculate expense accruals, and perform other month-end closing activities

  • Provide support for audit requirements

  • Handle other finance-related tasks assigned

  • Report directly to the Finance Controller

  • Ensure compliance with RTX and Collins Aerospace financial policies

  • Adhere to and actively participate in all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) practices and standards across the site, including proactive reporting of hazards and recommending actions to ensure the safety and well-being of self and others

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or any Finance-related course

  • 0–2 years of experience in Cost Accounting or equivalent field

  • Willing to accept a fixed-term employment contract

  • Demonstrates keen attention to details
