Job Description:

on Course is an global demo and training program. Our mission is to provide employees, partners, and customers with access to immersive demo and training experiences using Rockwell Automation software and hardware.

You will report to the Global Technical Manager on Course and have a hybrid schedule working in Katowice, Poland.

Your Responsibilities:

• Responsible for on Course online hardware infrastructure, capabilities, and user experience. (50%)
• Responsible for on Course shipping hardware demo box designs and regional agreement (25%)
• Support our large customer events in EMEA(25%)

Hardware Equipment:

• Allow product, application, system, and industry level content by collaborating with SMEs to create hardware demos that simulate realistic applications.
• Design and order new equipment. Manage the relationship with our third-party vendor. Ensure drawings are updated.
• Coordinate global activities and updates with the global on Course hardware team.

on Course Architecture & Reset System

• Maintain involvement, knowledge, and documentation of our hardware architecture
• Maintain our automated server-based reset system that prepares hardware equipment for the next customer experience.
• Develop reset procedures and scripts using internal backend software tools

on Course Support

• Work and collaborate with other on Course admins to provide top-notch customer experience.
• Assist content owners with creating or updating existing demo/training content that uses hardware.

Event Support

• Pre-Event Support (Kick-Off, Updates, Event Asset coordination, Collaboration with domain experts)
• Event On-Site Support (Event setup and tear-down, Events startup support)
• Post-Event Support (Unloading, Event asset reception / check-in)

The Essentials

You Will Have:

• Advanced knowledge of Rockwell Automation hardware (Controllers, I/O, Drives, Motion, Safety, Networks, etc.). 3+ years of experience programming and working with RA hardware OR a solid automation background with the ability to complete our 3‑month advanced RA training (EIT).
• Experience wiring electrical systems and reading electrical diagrams (2+ years of experience).
• Basic understanding of virtualization technologies (ESXi, VMware, Hyper‑V), OS configuration, and system services.
• Ability to effectively communicate goals, priorities, timelines with stakeholders
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow.

The Preferred

You Might Also Have:

• Familiarity with existing Rockwell Automation demos and training materials.
• Experience with TAF, RA Tools, Python.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
• Intermediate IT networking skills (switches, routers, VLANs, VPNs).
• Ability to support long‑term strategy development.
