Job Description:

Application Consultant Lead – LATAM , Cyber Professional & Managed Services

Job Description:

As an Application Consultant Lead, you will manage teams of specialized application consultants that engage with customers to identify and expand specific scopes of work that will be proposed to that customer by proposal specialists and delivered through capability delivery teams. You will support sellers in pursuits with domain expertise in important solution areas or industry knowledge. You are the bridge between the customer requirements and the proposal specialist team and establish scope, difference and position commercial offers to meet the needs of the customer. You will provide direct leadership to your team, be a collaborator across critical internal functions, and lead consultative engagements through technical insights, thought leadership, and crisp proposal language. You will work in a hybrid environment from one of our Rockwell Automation offices and report to the Latin  America Professional Services Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Cyber Professional & Managed Services application consultant organization for the Latin American region.

  • Maintain within the team the expertise required to support the Cyber Professional Services offerings.

  • Support the win strategy process through the qualification of global sales and marketing identified pursuits and assign appropriate application consultants to support approved pursuits.

  • Leverage application consultants to drive growth in key focused industries and accounts and drive towards industry focused application consultants that cover multiple Rockwell Automation delivered capabilities

  • Ensure the ability of the application consultants to differentiate Rockwell Automation delivered capabilities

  • Optimize processes to work in conjunction with both sellers and Proposal Specialists to efficiently delivery accurate and differentiated proposals.

  • Facilitate in completion by the team of updates to Estimating Management System (EMS) to allow for accurate proposal hours / scope estimation

  • Role focuses more on the technical aspects vs. the proposal generation / leading PARB calls

  • Drive competency in the GSM organization to understand and promote the capabilities of Cyber as a priority, expanding into Digital and MOM.

  • Ensure solution consultants can expand the scope of solutions requested by incorporating the full portfolio of Rockwell Automation offerings, including but not limited to: Digital, MOM, Process/Power & Control/Information Solutions.

  • Ensure application consultants have the commercial capability to assist sales at proposal presentations to differentiate Rockwell Automation delivery capability.

  • Responsible for providing feedback to the Capabilities & Innovation team on existing offerings as part of Lifecycle Management efforts

  • The Essentials

You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 5+ years of experience with relatable OT Cybersecurity services,    and OT Network infrastructure solutions.

  • 5+ years of experience developing technical and proposal documentation and related skills.

  • 2+ Years leading teams.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting presales stages for enterprise agreements related to Cybersecurity, Networking or infrastructure.

  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative, matrixed stakeholder organization.

  • Ability to set, be accountable for and achieve challenging targets.

  • Fluent in English.

You May Also Have:

  • Demonstrated consulting skills to lead cybersecurity and digital transformation journeys.
  • Market certifications on  OT cybersecurity, networking and digital transformation
  • Comprehensive understanding of business models, organization, and market strategies.
  • Deep Knowledge  in at least   one industry  (process, hybrid, discrete) .

Rockwell Automation’s hybrid policy aligns that employees are expected to work at a Rockwell location at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays unless they have a business obligation out of the office.
