Job Description:

As an Accounts Payable Intern, you will support our AP operations by verifying invoices, processing transactions, and ensuring accurate financial documentation. You will work with the Accounts Payable team, gaining hands-on experience in corporate finance processes within a global organization. We offer you 6-months paid internship program. This part-time role is based in Katowice and reports to the Accounts Payable Manager. You will start your internship in April 2026 and you will work in hybrid work schedule.

Your Responsibilities

  • Verify PO and non‑PO invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
  • Process PO and non‑PO invoices in the financial system following standard procedures.
  • Code non‑PO transactions according to accounting guidelines.
  • Support issue resolution by collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendors.
  • Assist the team with ad‑hoc tasks related to invoice processing and documentation.

The Essentials – You Will Have

  • Active student status in an economic or related field (preferably part‑time studies)
  • English language proficiency
  • Availability to work approximately 30 hours per week.
  • Legal work and stay permits in Poland

The Preferred – You Might Also Have

  • Previous exposure to finance or accounting processes (e.g., through coursework or student projects).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or invoice processing tools.
