About the Role

  • The Regional Autonomous Operation Consultant
  • SEA is a role that brings in deep domain expertise for Autonomous Operation through their vast experience and thought leadership. You will lead and position Rockwell as leader in Autonomous Operation by helping customer to achieve Autonomy from Automation. You will partner both local and regional leadership creating a short/mid- term strategy by enhancing RA's coverage and competency Autonomous Operation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the business/marketing strategy to position Rockwell as market leader in Autonomous Operation in SEA countries, helping customer from automation to autonomy journey with consulting, solution, use cases and proof of concept.
  • Develop expertise in Autonomous Operation by talk/event/ forums/ tradeshow/media.
  • Leading the customer engagement and support uses cases/ proof of concept related to autonomous operation.
  • Demonstrate the understanding of Smart Manufacturing, Industry, Autonomy market, Digital technologies, and Autonomous Operation/Factory.
  • Lead the engagement with C-level on targeted account for Autonomous operation topics.
  • Lead different domain experts resources to support customers within South East Asia region in their autonomous technology self-discovery, Proof of concept, digital transformation, smart manufacturing or autonomous operation journey.
  • Develop sales tools, demo and enablement to support sales team in promoting autonomous operation to their customers.
  • Support main opportunities pursue related in Autonomous Operation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree OR 10+ years equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
  • Ability to travel at least 30% (Domestic & International)
  • 10+ years experience in autonomous applications/digital transformation/dark factory/process optimization or IoT related experiences.
  • Presentation skill, public speaking.
  • Strong Enterprise or consultative selling.
  • Depth of knowledge of the autonomous operation which include AI, Machine learning, production design, production stimulation, production logistics.
  • Forge relationships, build and inspire trust with all levels.
  • Must be capable of matrix leadership and have credibility and confidence within the sales organization with strong peer leadership.
  • Ability to influence and operate within a matrix organization.
  • Self-confident with a high energy level, proactive management style, and strong conceptual skills.
  • Can quickly earn the respect of Rockwell Automation management.
  • Has sense of urgency, drive and personal motivation, yet has an adaptable/flexible style.

Work Arrangement

Rockwell Automation's hybrid policy aligns that employees are expected to work at a Rockwell location at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays unless they have a business obligation out of the office.
