Job Description:

Position Summary

As the AP Business Manager, Production Operations Software, you will lead business growth of Rockwell Production Operations Software portfolio. This portfolio provides solutions to our customers that address IIOT solutions, Industrial Data Ops, Edge to Cloud portfolio, Manufacturing Execution system, Asset Management & Performance, CMMS, Quality Management, and Industrial AI Applications.

Develop specific business and marketing plans for Production Operations Software portfolio to enhance product placement within the competitive arena. Develop business plans and product positioning in the marketplace. Oversee market research, monitor competitive activity and identify customer needs. Establish pricing strategies. Work with engineering, manufacturing and sales to develop new products or enhance existing product(s) or product line(s). This is an Individual contributor role reporting to Director Software and Control and will work in Hybrid.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead growth and performance of the Operations Management software portfolio, including IIoT platform and solutions, Industrial Data Ops, MES, EAM, and Industrial AI solutions among others.
• Develop strategy to achieve plan.
• Develop integration strategy for new acquisitions and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Market Access to lead expansion of demand generation and delivery capability through new partners and channels.
• Represent AP region needs and performance to the global team.
• Be change leader for the software evolution from perpetual licencing to subscription and as-a-service models that create ARR.
• Support main sales pursuits

The Essentials

You Will Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 12 and more years of experience.
• Operate across time zones; evaluate ambiguous problems, propose options with trade‑offs, and lead decisions to keep opportunities moving.
• Familiar with main containerized solutions such as Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins
• Understanding of PI Historian, InfluxDB, In-SQL RDBMS concepts and proficient in SQL, PostgreSQL, Industrial Data Ops solutions – Cognite / FTDM SaaS.

The Preferred

You Might Also Have:

• Software experience, business strategy and planning, experience working with partners, negotiation and influence
• Preferably Software Industry Experience with other technology expertise on Microsoft Azure, Power BI, Kubernetes, Cognite
• Communicate with customer IT representatives to understand customer IT infrastructure and policies and to present solutions that fit into customer IT /OT environment
• Experience with MES, Optix Edge, Embedded Edge, Industrial AI applications – Guardian AI, Logix AI, Vision AI, Factory Talk Data Mosaix, Plex, FT MES.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and virtualization software.
