Job Description

You will be an important player in subsystem design, implementation, and testing. You will play an active role in all the stages of the development lifecycle and support your team throughout the process. You will also help ensure that developed products meet requirements and are within total quality management standards. You will collaborate with multiple global teams and may also require you to be the technical lead of a small-scale feature or portion of a feature.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design new subsystem designs under the guidance of senior engineers, and able to implement the design.
• You will Help establish project timeline and the estimation of resources needed to build a design.
• You will Implement and documents code that meets the requirements of the software design.
• You will Report, debugs anomalies, determines the origin and cause of anomalies identified.
• You will Participate in reviews of documents, designs, code, test cases and user documentation.
• You will Build relationships and work with peers to ensure assigned tasks are prioritised.
• Think outside the box and be willing to research and explore new avenues to by using the latest technologies and standards.
• You will have Experience communicating updates and resolutions to customers and other partners and convey design concepts, both verbally and in writing.

The Essentials

You Will Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
• Typically requires two years of experience in a software product development environment, five years of experience for senior position
• Direct experience developing web/cloud applications using TypeScript or Kotlin or REST/GraphQL services
• You will have Experience with object-oriented design principles and common design patterns
• Familiar with Angular or other web application framework
• Direct experience collaborating with local and global technical development teams

You Might Also Have:

• Experience with Agile software development process, Scrum Master practice
• You will Apply data structures and algorithms
• You will Apply basic knowledge of testing web-based software products
• Experience with the Industrial Automation industry
