Job Description:

You will join our team on Software Development Internship. It is an opportunity to deep dive into the software development environment and development techniques with one of our teams. You will partner with full-time employees and industry professionals improving existing products in an Agile environment. You will experience a variety of software engineering knowledge areas including full development life cycle, Agile methodology, system design, test-driven development, test automation, build and configuration management. Each intern has a dedicated mentor to help navigate Rockwell, ramp up in our codebase, and remove daily blockers.

This paid, part-time role is based in Czech Republic, Prague and reports to the Senior Manager, Research & Development. You will start your internship in March or April 2026 and you will work in hybrid work schedule, 20 hours weekly.

Your Responsibilities:

• Work on a dedicated project within the team.
• Deliver defined milestones as part of the development process.
• Learn through practical experience and collaboration with the team.

The Essentials

You Will Have:

• Basic knowledge of at least one programming language: C or C or Python.
• Czech or English language proficiency.
• Active Student Status.
• Availability of 20 hours per week
• Legal work and stay permits in Czech Republic.
• Basic software development skills.

The Preferred

You Might Also Have:

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
• Bachelor's degree in IT related field.
