Job Description:

Position Summary

At Rockwell Automation, we believe in the power of data to drive talent decisions and shape organizational success. We are seeking an experienced Workday People Analytics Specialist to deliver actionable insights through the Workday platform and help our HR and business leaders make informed, strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Consultation: Partner with HR and business leaders to understand needs, document requirements, and provide data-driven recommendations.

  • Analytics Development: Translate business requirements into impactful reports and dashboards that enable organizational insights.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR Technology, IT, and stakeholders to ensure data integrity and robust analytics solutions.

  • Workday Configuration: Configure Workday dashboards, reports, Discovery Boards, People Analytics, and Prism. Provide training and troubleshoot issues.

  • Standards & Governance: Establish and maintain standards for people analytics, collaborating with HR partners to centralize metric definitions.

  • Privacy & Security: Partner with HR, Ethics & Compliance, Data Privacy, and Legal to uphold data privacy and security standards.

  • Mentorship: Guide team members on best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience configuring Workday dashboards, reporting, Discovery Boards, Prism, and People Analytics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Experience designing and implementing dashboards in other analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

  • Project management experience with multiple priorities and stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with configuration of the full Workday HCM suite.

  • Continuous improvement mindset.
