Job Description:

IAM Dev Sec Ops Engineer

Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Noida

• India

As a IAM Dev Sec Ops Engineer, you will ensure the reliability, scalability, performance, and cost optimization of cloud services across Azure, AWS and multi-cloud environments. As a Dev Sec Ops Engineer, you will be an expert in Azure services, have a combination of SRE and DevOps skills including automation, monitoring, observability, CI/CD, incident management, and have a deep understanding of end-to-end application workflow. As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our applications throughout the lifecycle.

• You will report to the Cybersecurity Architect
• IAM and work in a hybrid capacity from our Pune/Bangalore/Noida/Hyderabad India office.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Manage compute, storage, networking, and identity solutions in Azure.
• Monitor cloud services and performance using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
• Configure, manage, and optimize virtual networks, load balancers, and firewalls.
• Automate deployments and workflows using Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and scripting (PowerShell, Python, CLI).
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory frameworks.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement cloud-native applications.
• Develop disaster recovery strategies for mission-critical applications using Azure Site Recovery.
• Create architecture diagrams, technical documentation, runbooks, and operational guidelines.
• Deliver infrastructure modernization, obsolescence management, migration, and upgrade projects.

The Essentials

You Will Have:

• Bachelor's in Sciences or have relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience working as a site reliability engineer or DevOps engineer responsible for application availability, implementing automation, and optimizing system performance.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-a-code tools such as Terraform and Azure Resource Manager.
• Scripting and automation skills using Python, PowerShell, or other languages

The Preferred

You Might Also Have:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Solid scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Familiarity with containerization and monitoring/logging tools (Application Insights, Grafana).
• Working knowledge of networking, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud security policies.
• Experience in PostgreSQL administration, including backup, restore, and performance tuning.
• Documentation, and collaboration skills.
• Collaborate with teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Reliability, and especially in complex or uncertain situations.
• Experience in security plans like securing azure resources(through IaC), securing build/deployment pipelines, allowing modern security practices and mitigating application security concerns raised by Microsoft as best practices
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2; HIPAA/GDPR as applicable).
