Job Description:

Maintenance / Equipment Asset Management Professionals urgently required for Rockwell Automation who are a world leader in industrial automation with a reputation for innovation, quality and reliability. You will work on behalf of the Lifecycle Services department, which also offers technical support, training, and manufacturing consultancy through other delivery mechanisms, to help provide complete solutions to their customer's needs.

Within the role you will be embedded on a customer site in Skawina and help the customer reduce the cost of maintenance on site whilst increasing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Rockwell Automation has an excellent reputation for developing a strategic maintenance approach which can also directly influence the efficiency of the maintenance department.

You will report to the RAAMP Delivery Manager.

Your Responsibilities:

• On site professional management of maintenance, repair and operations (MRO).
• Working with systems that allow the company to track its repairable inventory and apply associated warranty programs.
• Develop clear working Standard Operating Procedures detailing process flow and operational requirements for daily activities to support the maintenance and repair operations.
• Provide contact for maintenance repairs and asset tracking.
• Manage on site project work, coordinating with Engineering teams and external/internal suppliers.
• Reduce MRO stock duplication and obsolescence.
• Provide migration, rationalization, and standardization strategies to reduce MRO inventory asset value.
• Support productivity improvements through delivery of parts and solutions to the maintenance/engineering teams, whilst providing an overall lower total cost of ownership.
• Providing monthly financial reports.
• Sourcing and arranging consignment of new purchases.
• Work with client departments including plant management, maintenance, engineering, purchasing and distributors to identify and formulate efficiency plans for maintenance.
• Increase Out of the box reliability of spare repairable assets, through the use of extensive internal and external vendor capability.

The Essentials

You Will Have:

• BSc or BEng Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical education with additional qualifications
• Communication skill across all levels within the business, both written and verbal in English.
• Experience of work with production, engineering and maintenance departments to achieve an increase in productivity whilst reducing overall maintenance and support costs

The Preferred

You Might Also Have:

• 1 years experience in Asset Management but these positions will also suit experienced maintenance / reliability / project professionals who are looking for a commercial and strategic position Project Management experience is also of great benefit to the role
• Customer account management is desirable but not essential
