Job Description:

As a Team Lead – Services Engineering you will be responsible to lead a team of approx ten Engineers and Sr. Engineers working on Rockwell products. This role reports to Engineering Manager and is part of Global Engineering & Business Services group in India, catering to Domestic and International projects. It's a hybrid work environment with 30% - 40% site travel. Person in this role will be in Pune / Noida & with reporting team members distributed in Pune and Noida.

Your Responsibilities:

· Lead a team of approx. 10 Project & Sr Engineers working for Services Domain.

· Lead & drives functional excellence in engineering solution, provide knowledge- base, services and technical understanding for the various industry, as per the industry standards and its regulatory requirements

· Manage all aspects of project life cycle from pre-sale proposal support, engineering and site support if required

· Deliver & execute the assigned projects on time with good quality/ cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction

· Supports best practice sharing and knowledge transfer among teams to improve competency of the team.

The Essentials

You Will Have:

· B.E. / B. Tech in Instrumentation & Control / Electronic Engineering is required

· Overall 10 years of experience with minimum 5 years on Rockwell Automation platforms

· Should have exposure to applications in various industries.

· High level of expertise in RA products such as Control Logix, Drives (AC & DC), FT View SE/ME & Servo Drives.

· Good understanding of communication protocols – Ethernet, Controlnet, Devicenet, Modbus etc.

· Good experience on Legacy Rockwell systems – PLC5, SLC, RSV32.

· Proven record of successfully managing multiple & complex customer projects and a good understanding of Project Management.

· Commissioning experience and troubleshooting methods

· Should have experience in complete Project Life Cycle delivery

• Managed Global stakeholders / regional offices and engaged with Clients remotely or at site
• Field Installation & Commissioning experience of PLCs & Instruments
• Good Command on SAP Documentation and Part Management
• Industry Knowledge, Application Knowledge, Training Skills, Lean Six Sigma Skill, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety)
