Job Description:

As a Field Service Engineer you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers, implementing cutting-edge technologies, and ensuring operational excellence.

This role will be based in our Diegem office (Belgium) and you will report into the Manager of Field Delivery.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Field Service Engineer you support clients in Belgium, Luxembourg and sometimes the Netherlands. Working most of the time at customer site you will be in contact with technical people in multiple fronts but you will also work from home and office via remote connections to our customers' systems.

Your work consists of:

  • Work on projects, developing applications, helping set up new designs, carrying out inspections, preventive maintenance and resolving issues

  • Guide customers to achieve returns from their systems

  • Installations and commissioning of systems

  • Support the Sales department in technical areas

  • The Essentials

You Will Have:

  • Bachelor degree in engineering, mechatronics or automation

  • 3+ years of experience in automation more specifically in controls and motion/mechatronics in machine building environment

  • Fluent in English and Dutch or French

  • Driving license (B)

  • Willing to be part of our 24/7 on-call support team, offering troubleshooting assistance
