Job Description:

Position Summary:

NSS (Network & Security Services) Associate Project Manager is responsible for ensuring Brazil CYB (Cyber) projects compliance with local tax structures and regulatory requirements, reducing risks of fines, delays, or unplanned cost increases in cyber projects also this position directly impacts project financial performance by executing projects negotiations that secure competitive pricing and implementing strict cost‑control measures that prevent budget deviations across all LATAM projects, especially Brazil.

Perform strategic cost analysis with key vendor partners such as Dell, Cisco, Panduit, and Rittal, identifying cost optimization opportunities, supporting negotiation strategies, and ensuring alignment with project budgets and business objectives for all LAR Region.

Your Responsibilities:

IaaS WBS control in the region.

Administrative Support to the Project Manager:

  • HW and Software control for each project:

  • Update internal systems with hardware and software status and information.

  • Conduct reviews of each project, including hardware and software status.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Act as the point of contact between internal teams, suppliers, and customers.

  • Lead meetings with suppliers and ensure that all materials are delivered within the expected lead time and schedule.

  • Track open issues and ensure proper follow-up with suppliers.

  • Documentation Control and Compliance.

  • Ensure that all documents comply with company standards and policies.

  • Assist in updating the Life Cycle Policy with hardware information.

Financial and Administrative Support:

  • Support project budget management according to the defined budget.

  • Review the PGR, project scope, and proposals for each project during the handover phase.

  • Monitor and control hardware for IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) projects.

  • Follow up on purchase requisitions.

  • Support the buyer in cost reduction/negotiation related to hardware and software.

  • Validate the Bill of Materials (BOM) with the Cyber consultant.

  • Create RFQs (Requests for Quotation) to request pricing.

  • Register/create Part Numbers for new products that are not registered in SAP.

  • Process purchase requests and follow up on approvals.

  • Request the posting of service and software invoices (NFs/Invoices) in the LCS application.

  • Assure the IFS Only, IFS PN and PR creation in IFS and assure the PO creation.

The Essentials – You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 3 years of experience in assisting projects.

  • Professional level of Spanish and Portuguese able to manage meetings in those languages.

  • Proficiency in English for vendor’s meetings.

  • Professional level in Excel.

  • Experience working in SAP, Quickbase, IFS, is a plus.
