Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will support both Danish and international customers by providing high‑quality service, technical guidance, and efficient order handling. You will be part of a dynamic, collaborative customer service team working in an informal, international environment. You will report to the Customer Service Manager and work onsite in Brønderslev, Denmark.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily communication with Danish and international customers via email and phone, providing prompt and service‑oriented support.
  • Process customer orders and ensure accuracy from entry to delivery.
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to secure timely order execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the customer experience and service processes.

The Essentials

You Will Have:

  • Experience in customer service, order processing, or sales support in an international environment.
  • Solid IT skills, including proficiency with MS Office.
  • Fluency in Danish and English (written and spoken).
  • A structured, proactive, and customer‑oriented approach with the ability to maintain an overview in a busy environment.

The Preferred

You Might Also Have:

  • Experience working in a manufacturing or technical product environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX (Axapta).
  • Previous experience providing technical customer support.
  • Additional language skills beyond Danish and English.
