Job Description:

The QMS Senior Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) repository in Share Point. Key duties include:

  • Ensuring version control, document traceability, and proper archiving.
  • Coordinating change requests (CAPA) and supporting QMS governance.
  • Advising authors on templates and document IDs, reviewing drafts for compliance, and managing approval workflows.
  • Resolving technical or organizational issues to maintain QMS integrity.
  • Updating documentation for business transformation initiatives and defining quality processes.
  • Training employees on document control and system use, monitoring repository performance, and implementing improvements.
  • Supporting audits, tracking issue closure, and reporting KPIs.
  • Acting as deputy for the QMS Manager when required.

You will report to the LCS Quality and Compliance / EHS Manager.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Document Management: Support authors in creating, reviewing, and finalizing QMS documents in Share Point; ensure correct templates, IDs, and approval workflows.
  • System Maintenance: Maintain QMS structure and Share Point site, update documents to align with business changes, and manage publication and archiving of QMS versions.
  • Change Control & Governance: Support change management processes (CAPA) and collaborate with process owners and QMS Manager.
  • Training & Support: Assist users with QMS-related queries, provide training on document control and system use.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Guide regional quality leads and business teams on QMS matters; promote quality standards and compliance.
  • Communication & Quality Focus: Ensure accurate documentation, proactive communication, and continuous improvement of QMS usability and compliance.

The Essentials

You Will Have:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Engineering or Quality related (In absence of an official degree a similar level of knowledge acquired through long-term working experience might be considered as an alternative)
  • Excellent traceable knowledge in one or several of the areas related to quality management, document management
  • Fluent English language skills (reading and writing)
  • Experience in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Share Point, etc.) and Adobe

The Preferred

You Might Also Have:

  • Traceable experience in quality management methods and techniques, like e.g., ISO 9001, CMMI, Spice, and Lean Six-Sigma.
  • Prior experience in quality management would be an advantage:Business Process Analyst Level 2 – min. 2 years experience
  • Business Process Analyst Level 3 – min. 5 years experience
