Job Description:

As an IT Supporter, you will provide daily first- and second‑level support to colleagues across our global organization. You will work as part of a team of six experienced IT professionals and report to the IT Manager.

This role is onsite in Brønderslev, Denmark, and includes both face‑to‑face and remote support for approximately 900 users.

Your Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming requests and tasks through our Service Desk (Zendesk), ensuring timely follow‑up and resolution.
  • Provision hardware and software for workstations and mobile devices, including preparing and configuring PCs, hand scanners, printers, and mobile phones.
  • Create and maintain user accounts in AD, AAD and other internal systems.
  • Build and update the internal FAQ and knowledge base for users.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and digitalization of internal systems, workflows, and IT processes.
  • Occasionally support IT activities outside regular business hours as needed.

The Essentials – You Will Have

  • A relevant IT education or equivalent professional experience.
  • Practical knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Windows OS, O365, Share Point, Teams.

The Preferred – You Might Also Have

  • 2+ years of experience working in a service‑oriented IT support environment.
  • Experience supporting large user groups in an international organization.
  • Hands‑on experience with hardware provisioning and Service Desk tools (e.g., Zendesk).
  • Understanding of both business processes and IT technical issues.
