Job Description Comercial Program Analyst You will report to: Sr. Proposal Consultant Manager Job's workplace type: Hybrid Located in Mexico City or Bogota, Colombia
The commercial program analyst supports the planning, execution, and performance tracking of commercial programs and initiatives. The role act as a bridge between commercial sales, finance and operations teams.

• Key Responsabilities

• Review, analyze, and interpret customer RFQ documents to identify commercial, technical, and delivery requirements.

• Coordinate cross‑functional input (engineering, operations, supply chain, finance) to develop accurate and competitive customer proposals.

• Prepare and submit customer quotations to meet established timelines and commercial strategy.

• Track outstanding RFQs and ensure timely follow‑up and resolution.

• Customer Order Validation

• Review customer Purchase Orders to ensure accuracy and alignment with proposal details, pricing, terms, and contract conditions.

• Identify and resolve discrepancies with internal teams and customers.

• Maintain accurate documentation for all customer orders and program records.

• Program & Forecasting Support

• Work with the Commercial Program Manager to support forecasting processes for upcoming customer programs.

• Maintain forecasting tools, dashboards, or reports to ensure visibility of demand, revenue, and resource needs.

• Assist in preparing program reviews, customer presentations, and internal status updates.

• Cross-Functional Coordination

• Partner with supply chain, finance, engineering, and operations to support program execution and ensure alignment with customer expectations.

• Support the Commercial Program Manager with data analysis and reporting for decision-making.

• Help identify process improvements to enhance the quality and efficiency of commercial program activities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in commercial analysis , business analysis, finance or a similar role .
• Proficiency in Excel , experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau or similiar ) is a plus.
• Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems (e.g. SAP , Salesforce)
• Advanced level of English
