Job Description:

As a member of the Rockwell Automation IT organization, you will join our transformation journey as we seek to improve and push boundaries.
You will report to the Technical Leader, Development and Strategy
You will:
- Develop technical and operational vision, goals and requirements for the IT RA Quote enablement team, specifically focused on integration across technologies supporting the business.
- Design changes in the SAP CRM/ECC programs and test new ETO solutions for the BU.
- Give support for existing Engineer to Order (ETO) applications, and WRICEF interfaces and objects.
- Support teams and developments related to the End-to-End (E2E) ETO process.
- Support new businesses that require the implementation of the ETO process.
- Work with the ETO users to identify needs within CRM/ECC.
- Responsible for overall health of the product (RA Quote)
- Communicate the plan and priorities for the Program Increment and define the PI goals
- Guide release behavior, incenting discipline and quality over speed
- Determine resource requirements and partner with Tech Lead or Business Owner on sourcing talent
- Integrate change management elements needed to support the desired state;
- Track main delivery issues and escalating.
- Accountable for validation of acceptance criteria met before accepting completed features and definition of done
- Overall responsibility to manage the Epic and Feature backlogs and Themes for measuring to main goals, value delivery.
- Collaborate and shape development requirements with partners and engineering team members.
- Be responsible for training and support documentation, and business readiness and service transition
- Provide consultative support in financial management, organizational change, vendor management, and to business lead technology plans and to our business or enterprise shared services teams
- Provide analysis on main plans and metrics using the latest analytics and visualization technology.
- Define the needed business cases with the project team and process owner. These business cases should define outcomes, including current baseline and future target metrics, such as leading and lagging indicators. You should also link to strategic goals.
- Understand how data analysis and information and provide opportunities for process improvement.
- Build relationships across teams to deliver consistency in reporting and forecasting.
- Review, analyzes and evaluates business systems and user needs.
- Work on continuous improvement of processes and technology by using value stream mapping to eliminate waste and deliver value from end to end.
- Work with partners within one business function to align technology solutions with business strategies.
- Demonstrate an informed knowledge of a business area to resolve problems.
- Support several moderately complex business processes.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in related areas
- Typically requires 8+ years of related experience (project Management, Process Improvement and data management experience)
Other Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Yellow Belt or Lean certifications
- Gather, cleansing and preparing data for analysis (from several sources).
- Experience Creating workflows by Power Apps and data visualization using Power BI
- Experience with Agile development and SCRUM/SAFE methodologies
- Help manage focused Value Stream Maps, Kaizens, Workshops and Brainstorms
IPC
- Experience in integrations with eternal systems to provide support and design solutions.
- Manage commercial processes in SAP CRM and ECC.
- Knowledge of logistics processes in ECC (Material master data, Purchasing, Production)
- Translate business needs into applicable solutions in CRM and ECC.
- Developers require that designers make design solutions and functional specifications when they make enhancements to the standard programs.
- Experience performing E2E test and regression testing for logistics and commercial processes.

- Work on multiple projects as a project team member, occasionally as a project leader. May coach more junior staff.
