Job Description:
Join Rockwell Automation as a Finance Intern and gain hands-on experience across multiple finance functions, including Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, Internal Audit, and Treasury. You'll work on meaningful projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and present your work to senior leadership.
Your Responsibilities:

Help with variance analysis and financial reporting

Support audit testing and compliance reviews

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial projects
-
Analyze data and identify trends to support decision-making
-
Prepare and deliver an end-of-summer presentation to Finance Leadership

Location: This is an on-site role at our Milwaukee headquarters.
The Essentials
You Will Have:

Must be pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university

Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0

Expected graduation is December 2026 – May 2028

Prior internship or co-op

Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar

Local to Milwaukee area (within 50 miles of the Milwaukee Headquarters location)

Variance analysis and financial reporting

Effective collaboration
-
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Proficiency in Microsoft products
-
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI preferred)
