Job Description:

Are you looking for an interesting paid internship within HR with a focus on HR processes and HR administration? Are you interested to be part of an international HR team? Are you able to work minimum 20 hours per week? Then we offer an exciting role as HR Shared Services Intern in a global company.

  • As an HR Shared Services Intern
  • EMEA you will be part of an international and experienced HR team, and you will work together with specialists in the business who value and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. You will provide direct support to company employees, other HR groups and company management as part of a centralized function to handle a variety of HR-related transactions. This paid, part-time role is based in Katowice and reports to the HR Service Center Lead. You will start your internship in April 2026 and you will work in hybrid work schedule.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Draft contracts, referrals for examinations, employment certificates and other documents.
  • Check and send work certificates.
  • Process incoming correspondence (entering data and changes to the system, archiving documents).
  • Manage correspondence.
  • Checking the correctness of data entered to the system.
  • Archiving of documents in personal folders.
  • Establish personal files; organization of employee documentation.
  • Work in the Workday system (checking data, entering data related to contracts and referrals processes).

The Essentials

You Will Have:

  • Active student status (for at least 6 months), preferred within HR, Business Administration or similar
  • Minimum availability of 20 hours per week
  • Language skills: Polish (native), very good English verbal and writing.
  • Interested in gathering professional experience within HR.
  • Service-minded and focused on providing a great customer experience
  • Work quality, with a dedicated focus on details and able to work well with deadlines.
  • Motivated, independent and we-thinking
  • Curious and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Legal work and stay permits in Poland

The Preferred

You Might Also Have:

  • Student status in the 2nd or 3rd year of studies
  • Experience in customer service
