Job Description:
We are seeking a consultative Sales Executive, Secure Digital Operations to help clients in the process manufacturing space unlock value through digital transformation at scale. You'll lead complex sales pursuits that integrate Cybersecurity, Digital/AI solutions, and Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) software to accelerate customer outcomes across industrial operations.
- You will report to the Digital Manager, Secure Digital Operations
- North America and work remotely from anywhere in the United States.
Your Responsibilities:

Lead Transformational Sales: Drive strategic, high-impact digital transformation pursuits across the Process Industry in North America.

Own the Commercial Strategy: Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to close, across Cyber, Digital and MOM solution areas.

Engage Executive Stakeholders: Build and deepen relationships with business and technical leaders across IT, OT, and C-suite.

Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with technical domain experts, delivery leaders, and account teams to shape value-driven solutions.

Shape Demand and Grow Pipeline: Identify new opportunities by understanding customer pain points, trends, and priorities.

Drive Outcomes, Not Just Deals: Focus on long-term value creation, not transactional sales — your success is measured by client success.

The Essentials
You Will Have:

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience
-
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

The ability to travel 40% of the time.

The Preferred
You Might Also Have:
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise or complex B2B sales.
- 5+ years of experience in complex enterprise or consultative sales (solutions, services, or software).
- Experience selling to large manufacturers in any of the following process industries: Metals, Mining, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Cement, and/or Pulp & Paper.
- Experience selling digital solutions like AI/ML, cybersecurity, industrial SaaS, IIoT, or OT optimization.
- Degree in engineering, computer science, data science, cybersecurity, supply chain, business or other technical degrees or similar.
- Experience with product development, manufacturing, industrial automation, or digital transformation consulting
- Familiarity with MES, PLM, cybersecurity, industrial AI/ML, or cloud platforms
- Value Based Selling experience with a consultative mindset.

For this role, the Total Target Compensation is from $142,400 - $213,600 of which 60% is base salary and 40% is variable. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
This position is part of a job family. Experience will be the determining factor for position level and compensation.
