As a part of the Infra team you will support the continual improvement of Roblox’s foundational infrastructure. In this role, you will support the disciplines of Technical Procurement, Capacity Planning, and Program Management, with the opportunity to grow into one of these specialized careers.

You will:

• Run point on delivery management

• Collaborate regularly with internal and external partners

• Enter and track PO status

• Track upcoming contracts/agreements for renewal/re-negotiations

• Facilitate change management with key contacts throughout the organization

• Update forecasting and metric models and charts

• Drive operational PLM activities including part number creation and BOM management to support both New Product Introduction (NPI) and Mass Production (MP) programs.

• Oversee configuration management processes, including Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and Document Change Orders (DCOs), ensuring quality and process standards are upheld.

• Manage invoice/payment trackers

• Assist with back end billing issue resolution

• Create dashboards to enhance leadership visibility

You have:

• BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience and 2+ years in a high-growth company with procurement, project management, engineering, accounting, or forecasting experience

• Hands-on experience with a procurement system. Netsuite or i Procure experience preferred

• Familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets

• Handled issue tracking and resolution

• Solid interpersonal skills

• A knack for details and are calm in a fast-paced environment

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits as described on this page.

Annual Salary Range**$159,070—$192,980 USD**
Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
