With the launch of Robinhood Ventures, we’re taking a bold step forward - bringing access to private market investing to everyone, not just accredited investors. This new product line will unlock opportunities traditionally limited to a select few, helping more people participate in the growth of private companies.

As an Investment Analyst on the Robinhood Ventures team, you will source and evaluate investment opportunities in growth-stage, pre-IPO technology companies. You will lead financial and operational diligence, develop investment recommendations, and support execution in competitive processes. You will also help build scalable systems and processes that improve how the team sources deals, evaluates opportunities, and monitors portfolio performance. This role reports to the Head of Robinhood Ventures and offers the opportunity to help shape a new investment platform from its early stages!

This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you’ll do

• Source new investment opportunities by building relationships with venture capital firms, founders, and participants in secondary markets

• Lead end-to-end due diligence, including financial modeling, market analysis, and assessment of operational performance

• Prepare investment memos and present recommendations to internal stakeholders to support decision-making

• Implement and refine AI-enabled tools and workflows to improve deal sourcing, diligence processes, and portfolio monitoring

• Partner with legal, compliance, finance, and product teams to support fund operations and scalability.

What you bring

• 3-5 years of experience in venture capital, growth equity, private equity, or product management at a high-growth technology company

• Experience evaluating growth-stage, pre-IPO technology companies, including financial and operational analysis

• Ability to design or implement AI-enabled systems that improve investment workflows and operational efficiency

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing investment materials

• Interest in expanding access to private market investing and contributing to Robinhood’s mission

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
