THE WORK:

We are seeking a seasoned dealmaker who can establish strategic partnerships and analyze market needs for groundbreaking technology. The ideal candidate should possess skills in business development, deal implementation, collaborating with different teams, managing customer relationships, and project execution. As a member of a fast-paced distributed team, the candidate must be self-directed and skilled in working across time zones.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Co-Develop with cross functional teams and execute Ripple's business development strategy for Institutional De Fi, including real world assets tokenization and stablecoins adoption.

  • Work with regional BD teams on payments/stablecoins use cases explorations, drive and develop strategic partnerships with Financial Institutions, Exchanges, and Crypto Natives.

  • Build sustainable partnerships with projects developers, issuers and institutions who can build and support the growth of the XRP Ledger.

  • Work closely with the product, engineering, and sales teams to bring new products and services to market that enable institutional participation in institutional De Fi in a safe and compliant way.

  • Build a sustainable ecosystem and generate demand through identification of financial institutions, including institutional investors and other partners who are interested in investing in tokenized real world assets.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships and sales in relevant sectors: Tech, Finance, Banking

  • Native Korean speaker or proven fluency in Korean in a working environment due to business priorities

  • Relevant experience in either Institutional De Fi, Exchanges, blockchain technologies or Fin Tech.

  • Interest and strong understanding of the institutional De Fi market, in particular tokenized real world assets, stablecoins

  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills

  • Proven track record of success in developing first of a kind partnerships and complex deals

  • A strong collaborator: An ability to work independently and as part of a cross functional team

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
