The Esports team is focused on delivering world-class competitive experiences for players and fans across Riot’s global esports ecosystem. As part of Riot Games’ partnership with the Esports World Cup Foundation (EWCF), we are bringing our games to the Esports Nation Cup (ENC) and Esports World Cup (EWC) in 2026.
As Competitive Operations Coordinator for the EMEA region, you will serve as the front-line competitive operations owner supporting teams, coaches, and tournament organizers participating in ENC and EWC. You will be the primary point of contact for competition-related questions, ensuring clarity, consistency, and confidence in competition rules, policies, and qualification processes.
In this role, you will operate at the intersection of competitive integrity, player experience, and external partnership delivery—helping teams navigate scheduling, scrimmage access, friendlies, and qualification requirements in the leadup to major global events. You will also provide on-the-ground competitive operations support in Riyadh during both ENC and EWC events.
You will report to Sr. Manager, Competitive Operations and work in close collaboration with Program Management, Product, Esports, Publishing, and the Esports World Cup Foundation.
This is a contract role through the end of the year, with required travel to Riyadh for event execution.
