- Deciding on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
- Controlling and evaluating fundraising plans and capital structure
- Ensuring cash flow is appropriate to support operations

What you'll need
- 10+ years of experience in a financial leadership role within banking
- A solid understanding of a bank’s balance sheet, key regulatory ratios, accounting of securities portfolios, loans, and hedge accounting principles
- Expertise in FP&A and forecasting to enhance regional sophistication around trends and future opportunities
- The ability to build a bank's PnL and balance sheet (with key ratios) model from scratch
- To be a Chartered Accountant (or equivalent)
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to unravel complex accounting queries
- A positive 'can do' attitude and willingness to give everything a go, from manual processing to larger projects
