You Will:

  • Develop and implement creative sourcing activities/techniques based on strategy and talent market insight to include but not limited to marketing of Employer Brand, establishing partnership/tie-up with universities/academe group, leverage on job portals, maximize social media presence/advertisement, cold calling, networking and passive sourcing.

  • Develop initiatives around employee and candidate referral programs and execute based on approved ARP/ERP programs

  • Create job posting/ads for vacancy marketing internally such as ERP, open house, recruitment events, etc. for approval of TA Manager

  • Update and generate leads on a daily basis using the approved recruitment platforms, resources and sourcing programs

  • Manage and track all sourcing activities and programs including having an accurate database and systematic reporting of lead generation yields

  • Assist / facilitate calibration with staffing agencies and other external channels on profiling for vacancies

  • Conduct paper screening of leads generated in accordance to identified qualifications and competencies for the role being sourced

  • Actively participate in intake meetings between hiring managers, business partners, and TA team

  • Continuously seek out opportunities to improve sourcing activities and initiatives

  • Act as Brand Ambassadors in partnership with Branding Team and Global TA Team to promote our Brand in the target market

  • Help the Recruitment Specialists in scheduling candidates for interviews

You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment with particular focus on sourcing; experience in company HR branding events is a plus

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing industry, including best practices, tools, marketing techniques, and familiarity with online sources

  • Strong ability to multi-task and excellent time management in juggling simultaneous priorities (e.g., leads generation, and processing initial screening activities, data entry)

  • Positive attitude and ability to remain flexible in a non-static environment

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Internet savvy, and well-positioned in terms of social media use

  • Should be able to work onsite (Mandaluyong)

  • Experience in volume and niche roles sourcing
