Overview
The Employee Engagement Program Manager will act as a credible and agile business-oriented solution provider and trusted partner. This individual will support the development of collaborative plans that help measure, analyze, and develop insights around the employee experience and drive engagement within the co-op. The role includes hands-on technical work in survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics) to build surveys, dashboards, and workflows, and program management using Smartsheets. This role will play a key role in helping to plan, design, build, and carry forward employee listening programs. They will leverage analytics tools to identify engagement drivers and retention risks, translating insights into compelling narratives for executive decision-making.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Owns all end-to-end project management for employee engagement program development and data collection efforts including annual engagement surveys, pulse surveys, exit surveys, onboarding surveys, new employee surveys, focus groups & 1:1 follow-up, as needed.
- Supports the VoE leader in driving program strategy and goals.
- Provides program management and defines project plans, helps manage implementation activities, and develops processes, documentation and communications for program/process rollout, action planning, and ongoing management to optimize efficiency and drive impact.
- Builds and maintains surveys, dashboards, and workflows in Qualtrics.
- Owns KPIs for engagement programs, including response rates, action plan adoption, and similar areas of program success.
- Experience integrating survey data with BI tools (Tableau, Sigma) and HRIS systems for holistic workforce insights.
- Manages programs using Smartsheets for planning and tracking across VoE project lifecycle
- Aides in defining and updating key performance metrics – develops metrics and service level agreements for core programs and processes, and tracks delivery against program objectives.
- Leverages deep business understanding to identify issues, diagnose root causes, provide insights, offer recommendations, and develop proactive solutions to solve pressing business objectives through a people lens.
- Design, collect, and analyze data to identify trends and potential risk areas associated with employee engagement surveys and assessments; creates data summary reports and presentations for business leaders using quantitative and qualitative data.
- Supports managers in the creation/follow-up of action plans around improving employee engagement and the employee experience.
- Collaborates across VoE team to design and conduct trainings, information sessions, and office hours in support of driving employee sentiment and related engagement topics at various locations companywide as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience programming surveys, dashboards, and workflows in Qualtrics (or similar)
- Expertise managing programs through Smartsheets (or similar)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, & Excel
- Consulting & collaboration – skilled at consulting with wide variety of partner types
- and navigating unchartered territory
- Project management – stakeholder engagement, program execution, and change
- management
- Data analysis – can leverage quantitative and qualitative data to enable informed
- decision making
- Ability to build strong working relationships and work collaboratively across all levels of the organization, including remote areas and in field environments
- Proactive and self-directed with ability to manage/complete multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Practices adaptive thinking and problem solving to learn and approach new information, proposing new ways to address employee-based co-op challenges

Pay Range
$85,400.00 - $136,700.00 per year
