Job Summary
Regeneron is seeking a visionary and results-oriented leader to shape and drive our global talent acquisition strategy. This critical leadership role will define how the organization attracts, engages, and retains top-tier talent across all regions, functions, and business units. As a key partner to senior leadership, the Global Talent Acquisition Leader will deliver innovative recruitment strategies, align talent initiatives with business priorities, and build a world-class talent acquisition organization. Success in this role requires a global mindset, exceptional collaboration across Centers of Excellence (COEs) and business leaders, and the ability to deliver measurable results through data-driven decision-making, operational excellence, and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
The Global Talent Acquisition Leader will set the vision and strategy for Regeneron’s talent acquisition efforts, ensuring alignment with business goals and workforce planning needs. This role will drive collaboration across HR Business Partners (HRBPs), COEs, and senior executives to anticipate workforce demands and design proactive strategies that position Regeneron as an employer of choice.
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute a comprehensive, scalable global talent acquisition strategy that aligns with organizational priorities and growth objectives.
- Collaborate closely with COEs, HRBPs, and senior business leaders to ensure talent acquisition strategies are integrated into broader workforce planning and business initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, providing market intelligence, insights on talent trends, and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
Team Development and Culture
- Build, scale, and lead a high-performing global talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
- Inspire and empower teams to deliver ambitious goals, ensuring alignment with regional and functional priorities while maintaining operational excellence.
- Champion inclusive hiring practices and foster a workplace culture where employees feel a sense of belonging and are empowered to thrive.
Employer Branding and Market Positioning
- Lead efforts to elevate Regeneron’s employer brand as a global industry leader and destination for top talent.
- Design and execute innovative strategies leveraging digital platforms, social media, and strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and engage top talent globally.
- Ensure a world-class candidate experience that reflects Regeneron’s values, culture, and commitment to excellence.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, efficient, and consistent recruitment processes across all geographies and functions.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations at local, regional, and global levels while maintaining agility to adapt to market dynamics.
- Utilize advanced recruitment technologies, data analytics, and sourcing platforms to drive performance improvement, measure impact, and optimize recruitment outcomes.
Executive Collaboration and Influence
- Serve as a key strategic partner to senior executives, driving alignment between talent acquisition strategies and business objectives.
- Provide thought leadership and guidance on global talent trends, workforce dynamics, and competitive intelligence to influence organizational priorities.
- Act as the primary liaison between talent acquisition and other HR COEs, ensuring seamless integration of processes and initiatives.
Qualifications

Leadership Excellence
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and empower teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to influence, advise, and collaborate effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders.
Strategic and Analytical Expertise
- Advanced knowledge of recruitment technologies and recruitment sourcing strategies
- A proven track record of building employer branding platforms.
- Deep analytical capabilities to leverage data for decision-making, performance improvement, and strategic insights.
Global Perspective
- A global mindset with sensitivity to cultural nuances and regional talent dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate the complexities of global employment laws and regulations while driving operational efficiency.
Educational Background
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Experience
- 20+ years of related experience, including 10+ years leading Talent Acquisition teams.
- Biopharmaceutical industry experience is required.
