The Immunology Senior Commercialization Manager will build and implement local commercialization activities focused on the Regeneron sales team within one Immunology Therapeutic Area. This includes representing Regeneron in cross-alliance coordination of local commercial strategies, supporting market development activities, and driving overall performance in partnership with internal cross-functional team members.
A Typical Day:
- Coordinate with alliance partners and the cross-functional brand team to align local commercialization strategies and tactical plans.
- Partner with the sales team to provide direction and enable execution of strategic imperatives across accounts.
- Provide high-quality input to local market development initiatives and commercial activities tailored to Italian Specialty Care.
- Support the implementation of local tactical plans and delivery of sales support materials, build, support, and track field execution.
- Ensure strong, positive relationships with REGN colleagues and co-commercialization partners; facilitate alignment and communication.
- Monitor agreed critical metrics and leading indicators; synthesize insights to enable early course correction and ensure execution of key tactics.
- Collaborate closely with other Senior Commercialization Managers to achieve shared goals across therapeutic areas.
- Give local insights to Regeneron Regional and Global teams on strategies and tactics; engage in global brand planning processes.
- Participate in regional field activities and congresses.
This Role Might Be for You If You Have:
- Outstanding knowledge of the Specialty Care business in Italy.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and social skills for internal and external stakeholder management.
- Proven project and process management experience with high attention to detail.
- An upbeat self-starter approach with a pragmatic, operational working style and strong planning/organizing skills.
- Ability to represent Regeneron’s perspective within alliance partnerships and influence in a matrix organization.
- Partnership skills and a collaborative demeanor in dynamic environments.
- Willingness to travel
To Be Considered: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus. Proficiency in Italian and English. 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including at least 5+ years of meaningful professional experience (marketing and/or alliance management; field experience a plus). Experience in Immunology, especially with biologic treatments, strongly preferred. Role is based in Italy and passionate about local commercialization within the Immunology portfolio.
